Tenneys has always been pretty good. Decent pizza for a decent price. The only major problem I got with me is their delivery. Both the Saratoga and American fork locations very much lack quality service in that area. When they are able to deliver my next 5 orders within 30-40minutes I'll edit this to a 5 star. But really waiting an hour and a half for a delivery is a joke. Good food for low cost. You'll just wanna go pick it up instead of having it delivered.

Worst Customer service ever. The cashier made a mistake for the price. Their response was it was my fault since I did not give the coupon. When I ordered I showed and told them I have a coupon and waited till the pizza was ready with coupon in my hand. Both manager and cashier accused me how wrong I was. They did not correct the price at all. They humiliated me front of other customers. Well, the end, I asked what they can do they gave me a free soda that I did not need. No apologize. Cannot believe how bad the customer service was. Pizza is ok with price. But not worth to be treated like a criminal.

Absolutely the WORST PIZZA I've ever bitten into!... and the most HORRIBLE customer service IN A STORE ever! Took ONE BITE... literally, ran to the toilet to spit it out... closed the box... called to get a refund and they WOULDN'T REFUND MY MONEY!!!! What establishment DOESN'T back up their food product??? TENNEY'S PIZZA!!! I should've looked on YELP! 1st before ordering from them! All these complaints and bad reviews I've read are legit. It's REALLY that bad of a pizza! And to boot, I distinctively asked them to substitute some toppings for others. They said, "No problem!" and when they DIDN'T, I called them out on it and they literally said, "Sir, we're not allowed to do that."... I replied, "Then, why in the hell did you tell me you WOULD in the first place?" Bottom line, all I got was a bunch of jibber from 2 dilettantes, the worst pizza in history... and no reparations for my dissatisfaction!!

Not the worst place around and the price is certainly pretty cheap. But it is not anything I would call "good food". Bland and poor quality ingredients. However it is just passable enough that if you have no better options you may as well. Kinda like the Subway of pizza places.

Worst service ever. So slow. There were 10+ people waiting for pizza they had ordered an hour to 45 min before they got there. They lost my order and were rude and not helpful at all. I will never go there again.

Um...no. This is mediocre pizza at best, no matter how you slice it. Weak, bland crust. Cheap toppings. Chintzy cheese. There are too many other options out there to eat at Tenneys.

One of my favorites here is the Backyard BBQ! You can't beat this place for the price that you pay.
